The available property is comprised of 9,310 +/- acres of contiguous native rangeland which is located in the famed Texas Hill Country. The property is commonly known as the Jackson Ranch.

The terrain is hilly to rough with a substantial portion on the west being rocky hills, ridges and canyons. There are several large canyons that traverse the subject property including Windy Canyon, Brahma Canyon, and Bear Track Canyon, along with several deep draws and gullies. The general flow of drainage is from the southeast to the northwest towards the Colorado River.

The elevation ranges from 1,410' MSL .at the highest point along Sullivan Knob in the south central portion of the ranch, to a low of 1,100' MSL at the lowest point in the southwest corner of the ranch along the Colorado River.

The Jackson Ranch is the property of The Minnie Jackson Family Partnership, LTD. It is located approximately 13 miles West of Lampasas, Texas on FM 580.

It is bordered on the West by approximately 5 miles of the Colorado River. The river front varies from 200' high cliffs overlooking the river and views to the West, to low sloping grassy banks sheltered by pecan trees.
